我们接受什么What We Accept
- 受害者线索：姓名（可化名）、事件经过、时间地点Victim tips: name (pseudonym OK), what happened, when and where
- 证据材料：视频、照片、文档、聊天记录截图Evidence: videos, photos, documents, chat screenshots
- 官方文件：判决书、通报、内部通知（如有）Official documents: verdicts, notices, internal directives
安全指南（必读）Security Guide (Must Read)
- 不要用国内邮箱（QQ、163、126等可能被监控）。建议用ProtonMail等加密邮箱。Do not use Chinese email providers (QQ, 163 may be monitored). Use encrypted email like ProtonMail.
- 发送前删除照片/视频的EXIF信息（含GPS定位、设备型号、拍摄时间）。手机可装EXIF清除App，或用电脑软件处理后再发。Strip EXIF metadata (GPS, device model, timestamps) from photos/videos before sending.
- 境内建议用Tor浏览器访问本站和发送邮件，避免直接暴露IP。In China, use Tor Browser to visit this site and send email.
- 不要在邮件里写真实姓名、身份证号、住址等可识别信息，除非你明确要求实名。Do not include real names, ID numbers, or addresses unless you explicitly want to go public.
- 一次发不完可分多次发送，标题注明"投稿+日期+序号"。Split large submissions across multiple emails if needed.
匿名承诺Anonymity Promise
默认匿名处理：不公开投稿人任何身份信息；如需化名请在邮件中注明。我们不会向任何第三方透露投稿来源。Anonymous by default: we never publish contributor identities or share sources with third parties.
投稿邮箱Submission Email
收到后我们会按三必须标准核实。核实通过的案件会尽快发布；未通过的恕不逐一回复，请理解。We verify every tip against our three requirements. Verified cases will be published; we may not reply to every submission.
